On Friday, Jay and I took Nick to the zoo for the first time. Nick had a great time running around the petting zoo and almost touching the goats. He would run right up to the goats and then put out his hand like he was going to pet them and then....syke! They seemed like bigger sized Elvises, but my little observer wasn't 100% convinced he should be bothering them too much. Other party favorites included the elephant, lion and giraffe.
We are planning on making zoo trips pretty frequently - especially since you can bring your own food - it's a great little trip.
This week we are going to hit the Children's Museum!
